The staff was incredibly kind, well-spirited and accommodating. I had an issue with the room I originally booked and was offered an upgrade free of charge. I was also able to arrange taxi rides straight from the airport twice thanks to their services. I highly recommend Sofu Hotel

1 The location is really great. Close to MRT and many shops nearby. 2. The fact that I received power adapters and a power strip from EU to US to charge electronics. (Best wishes to the gentleman at reception). 3. Price was good.

I was surprised at how well the room was clean and well organized. Bathrooms seemed quite new, and although we had a futon style bed, the bed was comfortable and sheets were very clean. Great CP value.

The room is nice and clean, The staff are friendly. The location also quite nice to reach many area. Surrounding can find food easily. Especially my son can find a [place to play basketball nearby.
